Ayten G. Birkaya
FOUNDERAdv. Ayten G. Birkaya was born in London, United Kingdom, and is fluent in both English and Turkish. She completed her legal studies on a full (100%) scholarship, at Girne American University in North Cyprus, graduating with an honours degree. Following her graduation, she was awarded a scholarship under the EU Scholarship Programme in 2011 and went on to obtain a Masters of Laws (LLM) in International Law from the University of Nottingham (UK).
Ayten has been practising as an Advocate in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus since 2014. In September 2021, she established her law firm with the vision of building a trusted and reputable legal practice in North Cyprus. Her professional approach is centred on delivering high quality legal services and providing solutions tailored to meet her client’s needs.
With ten years of experience in the legal profession, Ayten G. Birkaya is known for her meticulous approach, strong work ethic, and commitment to achieving the best outcomes for her clients. Her broad expertise spans real estate transactions, immigration procedures, and wills and probate matters—offering clients confidence and clarity throughout every step of their legal journey.

Münür Baba
Co -FounderMünür was born in Nicosia and has extensive professional experience in marketing and public relations, having worked for several companies over many years. He has served as a Public Relations manager, where he developed strong expertise in stakeholder engagement and communications.
As Co-Founder, Munur supports the firm’s day-to-day external operations and liaises closely with relevant government offices, contributing to the efficient management and ongoing operations of the Firm.
In addition, Münür leverages his marketing and public relations expertise to offer comprehensive furnishing services, rental support, and property management, especially for overseas clients unable to manage these matters in person.
Tatiana Zilbershnir
Legal consultantTatiana Zilbershnir has seven years of dedicated service in the legal field. Born in the city of Moscow, she graduated from the Pedagogical University in Moscow.
Driven by a passion for both law and language, Tatiana expanded her horizons by pursuing a Bachelor's degree in English Language Teaching from the Eastern Mediterranean University in TRNC.
