In North Cyprus, Chapter 86 – Rent (Control) Law regulates tenancy agreements and eviction procedures in certain rent-controlled areas. Properties within these areas are subject to specific legal requirements, and eviction can only proceed based on the grounds set out in the Law. Properties outside rent-controlled areas are not bound by these regulations.
